Our commitment to a more responsible future
Small daily gestures, a real impact
Sustainability, for us, is not just a word but a set of concrete choices that we pursue every day. We work to reduce our environmental impact and offer you a stay that is more respectful of the planet, from the energy we produce to the water we save, all the way to the way you move during your stay. A commitment that starts with our staff, but that becomes truly effective only with the involvement of suppliers and of those who, like you, choose to stay with us.
Energy and resources
Produce better, waste less
We have installed solar panels with which we produce half of the energy we consume, alongside LED and low-energy light bulbs in almost all rooms and common areas. The building is covered with a thermal insulation coat that improves insulation and reduces the energy needed for heating in winter and cooling in the warmer months. On the water front, we have adopted flow reducers, low-consumption shower heads, timed faucets with sensors in common areas and dual-flush WC cisterns, to use only the water needed at all times.
Waste and water
Giving value to what is often thrown away
We carefully separate our waste, to ensure its proper disposal and, where possible, its reuse. We collect rainwater and use it to water the plants and green areas surrounding the hotel, so nothing goes to waste. It is a job made up of simple and consistent gestures, also supported by the signage you find in the hallways and in the room: small measures that we ask you to share with us, because the difference is made together.
Territory and mobility
Moving light, discovering up close
We provide bicycles, including electric ones, to encourage sustainable mobility in your local travel, and we are always ready to recommend the best routes. We are proud of our area and try to promote it in every possible way: we help our guests get to know the resources and the historical and cultural heritage of the two lakes, and we support local producers, from whom you can buy typical products at zero km. Because taking care of the environment also means enhancing those who live and work there.
