Entering our Restaurant, you perceive a relaxed atmosphere created by the combination of colors, lights, and decorative elements. The menu is curated and varied and include recipes from traditional Italian cuisine reinterpreted in a modern key, both in the cooking methods and in the preparation. On the walls, as in the rest of the hotel, you are accompanied by the works of the artists we exhibit.

What you can taste
Every day brings a new dish on the table, ranging from a starter of raw fish or the cured meats from the surrounding valleys. Let yourself be tempted by a stuffed fresh pasta or by a risotto. And when the pace of dinner slows down, a dessert to savour without haste, accompanied by wines from all over Italy. The restaurant awaits you from Monday to Thursday, from 7:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
